The work of DLF Nissa Rugby, who started the season with great rhythm and passion, was continuous and profitable. Everything is ready for the first seasonal open day: the appointment is set for Saturday 10 September, in Caltanissetta, in Piazza della Repubblica from 9.30 to 12.30. The goal, as well as introducing the work of the Nissen Oval Society (which turns 15 this year), is to “bring young people and their families closer” to rugby and the noble and formative values associated with it. .
The technical staff is there in full force and a series of mini games and activities are planned to start getting to know the oval. Andrea Lo Celso, Sports Director of DLF Nissa Rugby presents this first designation dedicated to children and youth: “An important season, we celebrate 15 years of continuous presence and activity profitable for both the seniors, men and women, and for the youth segments (junior and mini rugby). We are rooted in the city but work tirelessly to make our sport known, with a special mention to children: let’s make it clear that adults are also welcome on our open day. Several school and social projects are underway. Our mini rugby business has already started and first team training will start very soon, but our staff never stops: after awarding the budget that has been involved in our project with the San Luca district, we are in the business of making two national calls for two major projects that we will “carry out” in the heart of the city; We will tell you soon. We want to contribute to the improvement of Caltanissetta, not only the sport but also a lot of interest in the region.”
